The five clinics and two dental laboratories that constitute the Adent Group are legally regrouped under the corporate name « Adent Cliniques Dentaires SA », a public limited company under Swiss law with headquarters in Ecublens in the canton of Vaud.

The company is controlled by the directors, in partnership with the founder and SEC Partners.
